Healing Touch: Intro to Thai Yoga Massage

Thai Yoga Massage incorporates two kinds of meditations: a metta meditation, of loving kindness and compassion, and a vipassana meditation of insight and pure being. During this cosy and relaxing afternoon, you will be guided through a basic sequence of Thai Yoga Massage. This type of massage is practiced with clothes on.

Jeska will introduce you to the basic principles of Thai Yoga massage and guide you through a massage practice in which you will both receive and give a massage. She recently followed a course into the basics of Thai Yoga Massage at the Sunshine House in Greece (http://www.thaimassage.gr/en/) which very much inspired her to share the magic of healing touch with others.

For those of you who have attended the workshop on the 11th of June, this workshop will incorporate new movements and techniques. Thai Massage is all about practice, so this second workshop will give you a chance to dive deeper into your massage practice. This sequence will have a focus on the neck, shoulder and arm areas.
