OPEN CALL Secretary & Building Manager

ISN Maastricht is looking for a secretary and a building manager for the board of ISN Maastricht 2017-2018.

Within this function as secretary, you will be the first contact person for exchangers, internal- and external stakeholders and other parties. Next to that, you will be documenting and archiving all the (important) documents and taking minutes of all important meetings.

As for the building manager, you will be responsible for everything happening around the N-building, managing the scheduling of events in the building and working in close cooperation with Maastricht Housing, the new Activity Manager (Raquel Luís) and
the new Treasurer (Tobias Klein).

ISN Maastricht is the International Student Network here in Maastricht, part of the larger Erasmus Student Network, ESN: an international organisation for providing students from all over the world with the time of their lives during their studies.
ISN organises parties, casual nights, cultural events, sports events, charitable events, trips, and many more. We want to be your home away from home – students helping students!

We are looking for two motivated, enthusiastic and ambitious students, Dutch (speaking for secretary) or international, who are willing to spend a year on working for ISN Maastricht, helping the association grow and lead the organisation into an even better future!
