Skillslab #8 Playful Practice in saying the hard stuff

Hello awesome people! This is an open group for people who like to learn about themselves and wants to experiment with ways of dealing with personal challanges! We work around different theme’s every week and so far have dived into self-awareness, assertiveness and boundaries. Feel free to enquire if you have any questions or would like to know it the group suits your needs!

Investment: €10.- per meeting.

Skillslab is a group in which you experiment with and develop softskills. We will work with creative writing exercises, role play and other playful elements from drama, music and dialogue exercises. Developing skills in assertiveness leads to increased confidence in yourself in social interactions.If you have any curiosities left, feel free to send a message to Centrum Vaktherapie!
