HELP! I know I really need to start working out, but I don’t know anything about the gym. I need someone who is willing to explain everything to me like I am a child. So I need someone who is familiar with the equipment, training schedule, etc. I believe UM sports is a nice gym but if you have another suggestion that’s okay. I’m a girl, so I think another girl could explain the training sessions for the female body better but I don’t care what gender you are as long as I can start working out. I know this is a lot to ask, but maybe later I can be your gym buddy!
