Principles of Training
This course is an introduction to strength training. You will learn the correct techniques and postures and get information on how to build a training schedule. You will also get basic nutritional information. Among other things, you will work with dumbbells, barbells and your own body weight. The course is suitable for everyone, and especially aimed at beginners in fitness/strength training.
