We will uncover our most authentic selves with the help of the 4 step model of non violent communication, some embodied exercises and roleplay. Practicing on the different levels of connection starting with yourself in your own space, connecting with the group from your individual space, giving and receiving empathy in a dyad and the shared experience of practicing assertive self care in group form using role play exercise.
