In this course, which consists of 4 lessons of 1.5h, you will set your own goals related to climbing and fear of heights. Our instructors will help you find your limits and gently push them if you’re ready. You will work on being more comfortable going up to a certain height, and on trusting each other, the materials, and yourself.
Participants will belay each other. Our instructors keep everything safe. The exam for a climbing license is not part of this course, rental safety gear is.
You can register fort his course at the front desk or online, until one day before the first lesson. Make sure you can attend the first lesson! With a minimum of 5 participants to have a course go through (max 9).
